A total number of 577 (five hundred seventy seven) students of class 9th to 12th standard from various schools, 127 students from Rajkiya High School, Amethiya Salempur, Kakori, 100 students from Government High School, Sadrauna, Sarojni Nagar, Lucknow, 280 students from Government Girls Inter College, Malihabad and 70 students from Rajkiya High School, Haluapur, Kakori, Lucknow including 27 faculty members (teaching staff) visited the Institute during December 22 to 30, 2022 Under Skill Development Scheme of Department of Technical Education, Government of Uttar Pradesh. Students were made aware about the Institute technologies high density planting of mango, guava, role of Polyhouse and net house for protected cultivation of fruits, vegetables, container gardening and Espalier training of guava, drip irrigation, techniques of grafting in fruit crops, Improved varieties of mango, guava, bael & aonla, Nutri-garden and importance of fruit & vegetables for human health, start-ups in fruit crops & fruit processing. Students enthusiastically participated in various experimental field visits and they were also exposed to extraction of juice from Aonla during the visit of fruit processing laboratory.
